LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

The SCRMU has launched vigorous campaign of training its cadre at all levels right from the grass root level to the Central Office Bearer level by conducting different training programmes 1 Day, 2 Day, 3 Day, 5 Day.  1 Day and 2 Days programmes are being conducted for Branch and Divisional level comrades respectively and 3 Day and 5 Day programmes are being conducted in the Trade Union Education Centre of the Union situated at Secunderabad.  The Union has already completed 7th Phase of Trade Union Education Programmes as per the scheme of AIRF and presently conducting 8th Phase of Trade Union Education Programme.

Apart from this, the Union has sent several delegations at various National Labour Institutes for various conferences, seminars and training programmes.  Its own Trade Union Education Centre situated in the Central Office of the Union is well equiped with due paraphernalia audio and visual facilities in addition to meet the needs of outside participants such as boarding etc.

All the Divisional Offices of the Union are also having Educational Centres which cater to the needs for conducting the Trade Union Education Programmes.
